Ing. Zdeněk Prošek, Ph.D.

Zdeněk Prošek completed his master's degree in 2014, majoring in Civil Engineering at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the CTU in Prague. The diploma thesis dealt with the study of microstructural properties of coniferous wood. He completed doctoral studies in Physical and Materials Engineering in 2021, with a doctorate (Ph.D.) on topic Use of Waste Marble Dust in Civil Engineering. He has been a member of the Center for Nanotechnologies in Construction since 2014. He has been a member of the Laboratory of electron microscopy and microanalysis at UCEEB. He was employed at the Institute of Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic in 2014-2018.
