Ing. Vladimír Jirka, CSc.

Vladimír Jirka graduated at department of Precise mechanics and optics Faculty of Mechanical Engeneering at the Czech Technical University in Praque, in 1987 recieved the doctarate in the field of solar contrators in Academian of Sciences in Ashgabad - Turkmenistan. Since 1980 to 1993 he has been working in Physical and Botanical Institute ofthe Czech Academy of Sciences, since 1996 in ENKI, o.p.s. public benefit corporation for environmental research education and public awareness.
