Checking and processing received invoices, small issues and creating related orders (if not created), ensuring non-cash payments, creating statements for statistical purposes (eg Intrastat), help with the agenda of the chief accountant as needed (eg travel orders, property records), inventory and inventory of assets, creation of outputs from the accounting system for the finance department, the deputy chief accountant and assistant accounting department in their absence.
