Ing. Antonín Lupíšek, Ph.D.

Antonín Lupíšek is engaged in interdisciplinary research in the field of a sustainable built environment, energy efficient buildings, life cycle assessment of buildings and digitalization in the construction industry.
In 2006 graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the ČVUT, study branch Building engineering, and was awarded Ph.D. in this field in 2013. Between 2001 and 2005 worked as consultant in building physics, energy in buildings and renewable energy sources (Atelier DEK, EkoWATT, freelancing consultant). Since 2006 at various research and managerial positions at ČVUT, since 2013 professor assistant at Dept. of Building Structures at Fac. Of Civil Engineering. Between 2016 and 2021 served as Head of UCEEB dept. Architecture and the Environment. He has been in the position of Director for research and innovation since 1st of July 2021.
