Igor Kytka

Vědecko-výzkumný pracovník / Researcher

Igor Kytka studied psychology and journalism at Charles University. His diverse work experience includes people development, IT training, and development team coordination as part of his own start-up. Since 2018 he has worked in the participative planning and design team at the UCEEB research center. His main abilities and skills, which he applies when working on various projects, include facilitation, methods of participation and human-centered design. He focuses on user research, service design, building operating models and local energy projects. Reference projects:
